TERMS OF SALE
JSC „KUTA“ terms of sale:
These JSC „KUTA“ Terms of sale and it’s additions (Privacy and Security policy, Goods return policy), which is treated as connected annexes to the same condition, regulates „KUTA“ goods ordering, paying, returning rules and flow, also gives information, what is necessary to know for customers by laws of Republic of Lithuania.
Seller of goods is JSC „KUTA“, private joint stock entity, company code 305211876, VAT code LT20001255161, registered in Lithuania, Vilnius, Stirnu str. 23, LT08101.
1.2.JSC “KUTA” keeps data in database what is gathered during the order process.
1.3.JSC “KUTA” together with orders provides invoice to the buyer.
2.Customer’s rights and obligations
2.1.The Customer is obliged to give correct identification information to JSC “KUTA”.
2.2.By accepting these rules Customer confirms:
2.2.1.The customer is 18 year old and older physical person;
2.2.2.The customer is 16 years and older and has agreement of parents or gardeners to buy;
2.2.3.The Customer is representing legal entity and is authorized to do the purchase.
2.3.The main features of goods are presented in e-shop and arrive with original packaging.
2.4.The customer is obliged to pay for goods ordered.
3.JSC “KUTA” rights and obligation
3.1.JSC “KUTA” is obliged to deliver ordered goods.
3.2.JSC “KUTA” is obliged to keep received information confidential and do not transfer it to any thirds partied except when it is needed for order fulfillment or it is requested by law.
3.3.JSC “KUTA” is obliged to accept goods back if goods and packaging are not damaged.
3.4.JSC “KUTA” has right to inspect the condition of received goods by Goods return policy rules. If returned goods do not meet the requirements, JSC “KUTA” has right to reject the return of funds and return product back to the Customer. If the goods were send back to JSC “KUTA” not according to Goods return policy, Customer shall pay delivery costs.
4.1.The Customer can choose to pay by one of these safe options:
4.1.1.by PayPal.com system;
4.1.2.by credit card or debit card;
4.1.3.by bank transfer.
5.1.Only after that Order is fully paid, the goods will be dispatched.
5.2.Delivery costs in Europe is EUR 3, all other countries – EUR 4.
5.3.Delivery is free of charge if your order is over EUR 50.
6.1.If the Customer’s chosen goods are in stock, your order will be dispatched in 3 working days.
6.2.If the Customer chooses specific size for order signing it in for sizes, production of order and preparation for sending can take up to 7 working days.
6.3.How fast purchase will be delivered after sending out depends of chosen mode of shipment and also country
7.Warranty and goods change or return
7.1.All information regarding products warranty, refunds and returns, please review in Goods return policy.
8.1.Private information of the Customer will be used only for authorized matters.
8.3.The Customer can place the order without registration or with registration in our online shop.
8.4.During the first registration into our shop the Customer has to submit e-mail address, create password and provide the rest required to proceed with the order. The Customer is responsible for the information is provided.
8.5.The Customer has the right to change his data anytime or cancel the registration.
8.6.The Customer must keep password secured and do not share password information, otherwise all consequences related to leak of information goes to the Customer.
9. Right to cancel the order
9.1.The Customer has right without any reason to cancel the Order within 14 days after receiving the order. If Customer decides to cancel the Order, Customer has to inform JSC “KUTA” about this decision by e-mail email@example.com. Important that information would be send to this address within 14 days period of stock received.
9.2.If the Customer rejects the order, JSC “KUTA” immediately, but no later than 14 days from the moment then information to e-mail is received with decision to cancel the order, returns back to the Customer all prices paid for the order and also delivery costs. This period can be prolonged it goods were not received back to JSC “KUTA” address.
10. Privacy and Security policy
10.1.Where we keep the data? Is it safe?
Information about you is stores in our internal database of Customers and can be used only by authorized personnel of JSC “KUTA”. Data we store – Customers name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, history of orders in JSC “KUTA” site. This information shall be given to third parties only with relation of fulfillment of order and other cases determined by law.
Using this page to provide information therein, you agree that your personal data will be collected and used for the purposes described above.
Goods return policy
- If you are not happy with order received, please contact us within 14 days after goods received providing information about order – order number, date, goods you want to return and reason for return by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. For us is very important that you would be happy with the purchase, this is why return of goods for you is free of charge.
- Replying to your request we will send you return document for goods return. In Europe we work with DPD, all other countries – DHL. Return is free of charge worldwide.
- . Replacement or returned goods must meet the following criteria:
- The goods have not been used;
- The goods have not been damaged;
- Each product is returned undamaged and in the original packaging;
- The original tags have not been removed from the goods;
- Returned goods are in fully completed set and maintained his appearance.
4. If the goods returned are not complying one or more of the criteria’s, we will return to you with our argument. In this case we will return the good to you.
5. JSC “KUTA” commits to return all funds for properly returned goods within 3 working days after goods are received.
